  • the annual hourly workload of the student’s work required to achieve the expected learning outcomes for a given stage is 1500-1800h, corresponding to 60 ECTS;

  • 1 ECTS point corresponds to 25-30 hours of student work needed to achieve the assumed learning outcomes;
  • weekly student workload necessary to achieve the assumed learning outcomes allows to obtain 1.5 ECTS;
  • work required to pass the course, which has been assigned 3 ECTS, constitutes 10% of the semester student load.

Full description:

Aims of the course:

1. to prepare students for practical action in the field of planning the operation of vehicles and working machines.

2. to acquaint students with the methods of vehicle and work machinery maintenance management organization

3. to train students to use MS Excel, descriptive statistics and other statistical functions, logical perception and association of facts and to develop a critical attitude to the results of measurements, during verification of parts and repairs of motor vehicles.

4. to teach the ability to solve problems of operating vehicles and working machines by applying the learned methods of solving problems from reliability theory

5. to develop skills of responsible cooperation and communication in a group.

Learning outcomes:

1. has knowledge of basic environmental hazards resulting from human industrial activity and ways of environmental protection.

2. has knowledge about methodology of acquiring and using information necessary to develop technical documentation.

3. is able to analyze processes occurring in selected technical objects.

4. has the ability to analyze the ways of protection against basic environmental hazards resulting from human industrial activity.
