  • the annual hourly workload of the student’s work required to achieve the expected learning outcomes for a given stage is 1500-1800h, corresponding to 60 ECTS;

  • 1 ECTS point corresponds to 25-30 hours of student work needed to achieve the assumed learning outcomes;
  • weekly student workload necessary to achieve the assumed learning outcomes allows to obtain 1.5 ECTS;
  • work required to pass the course, which has been assigned 3 ECTS, constitutes 10% of the semester student load.

Full description:

Course objectives:

1. To acquaint students with the basic elements related to the organization and planning of production.

2. Acquisition of skills I principles of operation based on the quantities involved in management production processes,,

3. Acquiring the skills needed to optimize production.

4. Practice exercises in production parameters calculation.

KNOWLEDGE – A STUDENT KNOWS AND UNDERSTANDS:

1. The essence of leadership, management and organization. The concept of leadership and management. Definition of targeting.

2. Company functions. Model of the management function according to H. Fayol. Ways of understanding organization.

3. Ownership of each organization. Organization term. Organization definition. Organizational effect. Phenomenon synergy. Historical conditions of the organization (scientific organization of work, classical theory organization). Two approaches to the issue of management. The phraseological model of vehicle operation.

4. Operation and management. Operation management. Efficiency. Machine operation system I production equipment. Exploitation rights. Diagnostic control of the operation of machines.

5. The role of diagnostics

6. General structure of the logistic system.

7. Analysis of statistical data in MS Excel with the use of descriptive statistics

SKILLS – A STUDENT IS ABLE TO:

1. Gain basic knowledge about production parameters, planning it and organizing,

2. Prepare short project in production organizing

Work both independently and in a group in which he takes various roles, is responsible for their own work.
