Full description:

The subject provides information on basic procedural activities such as: visual inspection, trial experiment, questioning a suspect, a witness. The student knows the scope, objectives, forms and bodies of the preparatory proceedings. The student knows the concept of evidence and its systematics in a criminal trial. He can develop algorithms for evidence activities and prepare procedural documentation based on the assumptions made.

After completing the course and confirming the achievement of the assumed learning outcomes, the student knows the basic procedural steps in forensic tactics and defines their significance for the effectiveness of the activities carried out. The student also knows the role of procedural activities in forensics, knows the basic terminology of these activities, and is able to develop and apply algorithms for evidence activities, as well as carry out investigative activities using specialized forensic techniques and tools.

• Searching and seizing things - rules, tactics, preparing documentation based on the assumption.

• Visual inspection and trial experiment, preparation of documentation based on the adopted assumptions.

• Hearing a witness, rights and obligations, preparing documentation based on the assumptions made.

• Hearing a suspect, rights and obligations, preparing documentation based on the adopted assumptions.
