Full description:

The aim of the course is to develop linguistic competence in the field of writing.

1. A student knows and understands the practical use of the vocabulary characteristic of formal and informal written statements in English at the C1 level.

2. A student is able to create longer (230-300 words), well-structured texts composed of several paragraphs, and more detailed written statements on a wide range of topics.

3. A student is ready to develop language competence at C1 level using various traditional as well as online dictionaries, both monolingual and bilingual lexicons, and dictionaries of synonyms and collocations.
