The aim of the course is to develop language competences in writing (at B2 level). KNOWLEDGE – A STUDENT KNOWS AND UNDERSTANDS to use the vocabulary typical of formal and informal written forms of communication in English at B2 level SKILLS – A STUDENT IS ABLE TO - expresses him/herself in writing in a formal or informal way, , formulating a logical and coherent text (180-200 words) at B2 level, addressed to a specified addressee. - correct errors, under the guidance of the teacher, in written expression at B2 level. SOCIAL SKILLS – A STUDENT IS READY TO develop language competences at B2 level using monolingual and bilingual dictionaries, formulating a written statement. |

Learning outcomes: |
After passing the subject, a student: 1. knows vocabulary specific for formal and informal written expressions in English at a B1+ level. 2. is able to write formal and informal texts (180-200 words) at a B1+ level which are coherent, consistent and addressed to the specific addressee. 3. is able to correct his mistakes in written expressions (at a B1+ level) under the guidance of a lecturer. 4. develops her/his language skills (at a B1+ level) by using monolingual and bilingual dictionaries while formulating written expressions. |
