Full description:

1. General structure of an automated electromechanical system, rotational speed control systems, synthesis of simple speed regulators, simplified analysis of starting, braking and reversing processes, position control systems, follow-up control and positioning.

2. Speed control systems of the DC drive: non-reversible and reversible thyristor drive, drive with transistor pulse DC driver.

3. Cage Induction Motor Speed Frequency Control: Scalar (U / f const) and vector control, direct torque control (DTC) method, soft circuits squirrel cage motor starting.

4. Permanent magnet synchronous motor control, mathematical model of a synchronous motor about permanent magnets, principle of frequency speed regulation - control strategies, structures vector engine control systems.

5. Electronic commutation motor control, brushless DC motor control (BLDCM), principle of operation and mathematical description of the BLDC motor, engine speed control system BLDC, switching reluctance motor (SRM) control, mathematical description - principle of operation SRM, converter structure, SRM voltage and current control, control system structure, Optimization of the control of the commutation angles of the SRM windings.

6. Sensorless control methods, reproduction (estimation) of selected variables of the engine state cage induction, physical methods of PMSM sensorless motor control, control Sensorless BLDC motor.

7. Analysis of the operation of the selected electric drive and its selection from the catalog.

8. Selection of the rotational speed controller and evaluation of the control properties.

9. Selection of the encoder and the associated digital system for rotational speed measurement.

10. Calculation of the start-up and braking time of the drive with the motor torque limitation and the type setting device "ramp".

11. Starting a reversing thyristor DC drive with a 590 controller

12. Startup of an AC drive with a type 690 frequency inverter

13. A servo drive with a permanent magnet synchronous motor (SSMT) - simulation exercise.

14. Study of the control dynamics of an AC drive with vector orientation.

15. Testing a reversible thyristor DC drive with a 590 controller.

16. Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (SSMT) servo drive - system programming.
