Full description:

1. Place and role of PLC controllers in industrial automation. Driver operating system programmable. Implementation of basic industrial automation algorithms.

2. Programming controllers - rules, languages ​​in accordance with the IEC 61131 standard, functional blocks - counters, timers, others. Advanced control methods - interrupts, procedures.

3. Construction of drivers - types of input / output circuits. PLC cooperation with sensors - inductive sensors, capacitive, optical, sonic. Connecting output systems - contactor, systems with an interface analog. Classification of local networks. characteristics of computer communication networks. Media communication.

4. Serial and parallel, synchronous and asynchronous, character and bit communication. Arbitration. Rsxxx family standards.

5. Industrial networks based on asynchronous communication - Modus, Profibus, AS-i. Ethernet operation. Industrial Ethernet - owerlink, Ethercat, Profinet.

6. Development of a design for an industrial automation system.
