Full description:

Aims of the course:

1. Knowledge of the principles of preparing construction cost estimates.

2. Ability to prepare an investor's cost estimate, detailed calculation, table of elements integrated circuits.

3. Ability to read cost estimates, plan, monitor and analyze construction costs.

4. Ability to organize work on a designated task.

5. Awareness of responsibility for the consequences of the adopted design solutions.

Learning outcomes:

1. Cost estimate documentation of the investment.

2. The role of cost estimates, types of cost estimates, preparation methods cost estimates.

3. The cost formula for factors of production.

4. Formula for determining indirect costs and profits.

5. Individual costing by interpolation and extrapolation.

6. An example of a cost estimate for concrete works in system formwork.

7. An example of a cost estimate for works requiring scaffolding.

8. An example of a cost estimate for renovation works.

9. Planning construction processes based on cost estimates - labor consumption monitoring.

10. Optimizing the work of earthmoving equipment.
